Refund policy
We hope you love your order from Memory Scent, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns work:
Returns
- You may return any unused product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please contact us at memoryscent20@gmail.com with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- Please use a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of postage.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.
Non-returnable items
- Any candle, wax melt, or wax burner that has been lit or used.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at memoryscent20@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll put it right.
